Privacy
Your details, in plain words.
Last updated 23 October 2026. This page covers byarieslabs.com, booking a call with us, emailing us and our client portal. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@byarieslabs.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call. Booking runs through Calendly. You give Calendly your name, your email and anything you choose to add, and Calendly passes it to us so we can prepare for the call. Calendly's own privacy policy covers how it handles your details.
- When you email us. We keep your email address and what you write, so we can reply. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
- When you visit the site. The site uses Meta's pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site or starts booking a call, and it lets us show our ads to people who have visited. Meta sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- Behind the scenes. Cloudflare runs the site and, like any web host, briefly records technical details such as your IP address and browser to keep the site secure and working.
- If you're a client. The client portal keeps your email address and a scrambled form of your password so you can sign in, plus the replies you send us there.
What we do with it
We use your details to reply to you, hold the call, do the work you hire us for and see which of our ads bring people to the site. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@byarieslabs.com and we'll take care of it. We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reasons above.
